Superspaghettata Classica

Chilean mussels, tomato, precooked Indo-Pacific prawns, black sea clams, fish broth (water, salt, extra virgin olive oil, onion, rice flour, natural flavouring, garlic, fish, shellfish, white wine, chilli), onion, parsley. Contains acidity regulator: e330. May contain traces of sulphites and gluten.

Preparation tips

Heat 5 tablespoons of olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan with a finely chopped clove of garlic; when the garlic is golden brown, pour in the contents of the frozen tray and cover with a lid, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking to the bottom. Drain the al dente pasta and pour it into the frying pan, season with salt and pepper and turn up the heat, tossing the pasta or stirring the rice repeatedly. Add a little cooking water if necessary and a drizzle of raw oil. Cover for a minute and serve hot.
