Our firm’s primary object is to completely satisfy the clients. Being chosen and appreciated by our own clients means guaranteeing efficiency, quality, trust and image even with the costant evolution in our field and the continuos market request.

To reach these priority objects, our firm that already uses an auto-control system from the last few years, has retained necessary to adopt this type of System, using our firm’s organized structure in guaranteeing the Quality and Hygenic Standard suiting our organization and our operative methods to the requirements requested by the regulations 93/43 CEE acquired in Italy with the Legislative Decree N° 155 e 156 dated May 26,1997.

For controlling the correct application and to verify the relative efficiency of this auto-control System, a HACCP -Team has been nominated by our firm with its own Manager.

Each function carried out in our firm will undergo the auto-control System defined in the Handbook of the correct hygenic procedure in each area of interest.

During the realization of this auto-control project and the HACCP System our firm has beared in mind the following factors:

• Envolvement of the whole staff (accurate control - sanitation etc.)

• The diffusion of formation (Internal & External) at all levels

• Activation of an internal laboratory

• Working with an external laboratory that has achieved the Certification SINAL
